Developing the Daily Habits of Your Healing
There are different ways to help with keeping focused on our daily walk as healers. 1. Establish your sacred grounded practice. What is that for you each day? Something in the morning? Is it something when you first get out of bed or after your first coffee? 2. What is your method to set your outlook for the day? Are you a meditator? Are you a morning outside walker? The important thing is to begin working on a clear path that gives you stability each and every day. I like to look at it as stages of action. Arrival - how do I arrive each morning? Belonging - how do I declare who I am and what I am each morning? Depth - Is there something I'm working on that requires my attention in order to go deeper and see more clearly? Rhythm - Are my actions rhythmic? It doesn't have to be, but over time developing a particluar cadence to how you show up each day will build strength, it will build that muscle we need. How are you developing and growing in your healing path? Where do you see the growth? What areas do you need to give attention to? All are valid. Our walk is individual but not alone! Post your comments.

I’m struggling with this. I have ideas or see things that I want to implement into a morning practice but when the morning comes it’s like I go blank. I feel lost.
The greatest joy we can give ourselves is peace of mind
The moment of awakening is disorienting for many people. I know it was for me. Everything shifts — Everything changes. But in our minds we aren't changing, or we aren't changing fast enough. Worse - we don't have any friggin idea what the change is supposed to look like!! So we end up looking around ourselves with no idea what comes next. This is where the act of creation comes into play. The awful truth is we are not trained to know or understand the power of creation that exists in us. Today, in the Healing the Sacred Self Live call - I talked about peace of mind and the power of creation. I talked about the power of our language and words as an act of creation. This is how we create peace of mind and all the other ways of being required to live a fulfilled life. In the moment we declare ourselves as X - then we are in the act of creation. In the moment we declare ourselves at peace, or grounded or whole - in that moment we change how the world is for us. In truth, Many of us not only underestimate the power of our words. We're not practiced enough with the power of speaking and the power of creation through language. The power of creation through language is the sacred breath of the Divine in all things. That breath IS you. As we work on creating peace of mind, creating the wholeness and grounded foundation we need - practice awareness of what's happening in the moment. Not in the past or the future - but right now. That is what will guide you as you create with your divine speaking, the world you want to live in.

I hadn’t thought of our breath as Sacred before. I love this. It opens up more intentionality for breathing for me. Looking forward to seeing a difference
