Role Summary We are seeking a mid-to-senior full-stack developer with DevOps capability to anchor our Vietnam operations. This hybrid role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentorship of junior team members. You will: - Deliver client projects across web, cloud, and AI. - Establish modern engineering and DevOps practices. - Mentor interns from leading local universities. - Collaborate with an existing technical partner while gradually building an independent delivery hub. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development - Lead full-stack development across AI and web projects, from architecture to deployment. - Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Provide technical sign-off to ensure scalability, security, and code quality. Team Mentorship - Mentor and coach interns from leading local universities. - Document project work step by step, creating guides and training materials. - Build professional standards aligned with international consulting expectations.
