Cut your grocery bill with AI
💡 How to cut your grocery bill without cutting quality This week I changed one small habit — and it paid off. Instead of starting with recipes or cravings, I flipped the process. Here’s the system I used: 1️⃣ Pull up the weekly grocery ad 2️⃣ Attach it to The Family Executive Chef 3️⃣ Ask for meals built only from what’s already on sale The results: ✔️ Restaurant-quality meals ✔️ Lower grocery spend ✔️ Less food waste ✔️ Zero decision fatigue at the store The insight most people miss: We overspend on groceries not because food is expensive — but because we plan meals before we look at discounts. That’s a process problem. When sales drive the menu, savings happen automatically. If you want to try it yourself, copy this prompt: “Plan a 5-day meal plan for ___ people using the sale items from the attached weekly grocery ad. Prioritize ingredient reuse, minimize waste, and keep meals practical.” You can add constraints like: • Budget-focused • Keto / gluten-free / family-friendly • Fast weeknights or elevated weekend meals Same ingredients. Better system. Better outcomes. This is exactly why I built The Family Executive Chef — not to cook for you, but to help you think differently about everyday decisions. Curious how others are using AI beyond work to simplify life and save money. 👀

@Hailey Scott Exactly. Small shift → completely different outcome.

@Rudolf Van Loggerenberg Exactly. Letting constraints drive the plan is the unlock most people miss. When prices, availability, and capacity set the boundaries, the system does the thinking for you. Fewer decisions isn’t just convenience — it’s leverage. That’s where savings, consistency, and sustainability actually come from.
AI Family Chef
I put on a few extra pounds over the holidays and decided to clean things up this year. In the past, “diet food” never stuck for me — it was bland, boring, and honestly not enjoyable enough to sustain. This time, I experimented with using AI differently — not to chase novelty, but to remove friction between healthy and enjoyable. The result surprised me. This dish is Italian Bistecca-style Wagyu with Salsa Verde and Charred Broccolini — something I’d never even heard of before, let alone cooked. My family loved it, and that’s what made it click for me: when the system works, willpower becomes irrelevant. I’m curious — has anyone else here experimented with AI for things outside work, like health, cooking, or daily routines?

@AI Advantage Team I turned it into an external GPT so others can enjoy the same experience. Just not sure how to share it here.
How to Get Ahead of 99% of People (with AI)
I’ve noticed the top 1% all do 1 thing differently with AI… They don’t use AI for answers. They use it to find Questions. I’ll show you how to transform ChatGPT from a perpetual glazer who gives you generic feel-good advice into a strategic AI Sparring Partner that truly challenges and sharpens your thinking. # Step 1. Build Your AI Second Brain First, start a new chat in ChatGPT. Use this prompt and spend 30-45 minutes answering deeply. Be honest about your weaknesses. Share your data. Share what you really think. This builds the context right in your chat: PROMPT 1: "I want you to understand ME. I’m a [Role] at [Your Business]. Ask me every question you need to truly understand my business, goals, customers, and challenges." # Step 2. Activate Your AI Sparring Partner In the SAME chat, use this prompt: PROMPT 2: "Based on everything you know about me, become my AI Sparring Partner. When I present an idea, your first response should include 3-5 questions I haven’t thought about, counterarguments, blind spots, or risks." # Step 3 Go ahead and type any idea :)

Is your AI a yes man?
Have you ever felt that your AI was a YES man? You are being glazed by your AI! No matter what you say your AI responds with what a great idea, you are so wonderful, as if you can walk on water! Would you rather have your AI help you think more clearly and push back to avoid fatal mistakes? Sabrina Romanov just posted a four step process to create your AI second brain and sparring partner. Sabrina’s simple 4 step system: 1. Build Your AI Second Brain 2. Active Your AI Sparring Partner 3. Create Your ChatGPT Project 4. Build Your Custom GPT https://youtu.be/0GsvYXrtALA

DYI AI Clone vs. AI Memory
Which is more powerful? AI Memory or an AI Clone? I’ve been testing this across different AI apps—and the answers vary based on what that specific AI already knows about me. Here’s the prompt I’m using. Try it yourself: Prompt: “How is using AI memory different than building an AI Clone / Persona and which one would work better for me?” The cool part? The AI will tell you the difference and help you build whichever one makes the most sense.
