What breakfast keeps YOU full the longest?
Most people trying to “eat healthier” are accidentally building breakfasts that keep them hungry, inflamed and craving sugar by 11am. And it’s usually not because they lack discipline. It’s because their breakfast looks “healthy”… but behaves like dessert in the body. Example: 🥣 cereal + milk/oat milk + banana 🥐 toast + jam ☕ coffee + something sweet 🥤 smoothies with mostly fruit None of these are “bad” foods. 🏅The never ending challenge 🤩
Happy Sunday everyone!!! Last week I had this great idea for the mamas in my community STRONG CORE MOMS. We are doing an ongoing challenge where we do 100 minutes of cardio per week, broken down whichever way you want. It can be walking, jogging, swimming, jumping, biking, whatever you vibe with. Then, we share our thoughts on how we did every Sunday. No proof is needed but highly encouraged to keep the accountability.☺️ There is no deadline (hence the name 😝). Just do what needs to be done to create long lasting habits. All mamas are welcome!

My third community just launched today
Many years ago I wrote a #1 Best Selling Book about my journey to daily happiness through the overwhelm of owning two bakeries. It helped people around the globe.
