@Tara Z love this. I am apparently a "tree hugger" and never knew what that actually meant.
We’re looking at expanding open hours for meditation
Our 12:00 p.m. session is staying. We’re exploring adding one more time and want to schedule it when it works best for you. Which of these Central Time options would you most likely attend? • 8:00 a.m. • 5:00 p.m. • 6:00 p.m. If none of these work, drop a comment with what would. Vote below.

I wake up exhausted many days so I prefer evening when I can relax and not be interrupted by kids lol.

@Brandon Mehrgut apologies for the late response but I do better after 1 and I'm at my best in the evening after 7. I know many people encourage "you" to do things first thing in the morning..."when you're at your best". I'm actually quite the opposite and I've always wondered why I'm like that..? I'd be very interested in hearing any thoughts you might have on this...🙏😁
Intro
Hello all, I started practicing mediation around 1989 or 1990 when I discovered the work of Father Thomas Keating. In my early days I would attend Centering Prayer retreats and for a while I was contemplating becoming a Center Prayer facilitator, however, the resources and my available did not connect. Currently I am reading the book, "The Little Book of Mindfulness", by Patrizia Collard

That's so amazing. You have been at this a long time. I would be very interested in learning more about centering Prayer. I will have to look into it. Thank you so much for sharing.
