🧠 Concentration Practice + Weekend Reset
Today we worked on Level 1 meditation: concentration. This is where everything starts. You’re training the mind to stay on one object (like the breath) and not move. Simple… but this is the work. A few things to keep in mind: • Pick one method and stick with it If you keep changing techniques, you won’t build stability • Sit still Physical stillness directly supports mental stillness • This is especially important if your mind feels busy or scattered That’s not a problem—it just means this is the right practice for you šŸ“µ Weekend challenge: Try this over the next couple days: • Do at least one solid sit • Turn your phone off for a period of time • Let yourself actually be with your mind without escaping it Most people never give themselves this space. That’s why this works. We’ll keep building this next week. If you sit this weekend—what did you notice?

Guided Meditation: Increase Your Focus & Trust in Yourself
Hi friends, This is a simple guided meditation that invites you to relax into a deep sense of trust and form a positive intention to practice meditation. In the practice we focus your attention on the breath and the breathing body. We then had a shift to be aware of the aliveness of the body and to relax into that aliveness and to relax into a great sensation of trust. You can use this meditation to increase your focus in between meetings or throughout your day, or if you just have a very busy mind. This is a great foundational meditation to help you calm your body, increase your focus, and come back to a centered place. With warmth, Brandon

Hello Y'all, I'm Brian, I been mediating since i was 10, yet i just deepen my practice recently with Brandon. Allowed me to use meditation as not a but a 'be calm' prescription, but a sanctuary, and find myself without the outside burdens.
Why do you meditate?
Sharing your why can be incredibly powerful. There’s a story about a great meditation teacher whose students were eagerly waiting for him to arrive. When he finally did, he asked them just one question: ā€œWhat is your intention to practice?ā€ Then everyone sat in meditation for two hours. No long talk. No complicated instructions. Just that question. Your intention matters. It shapes how you show up to practice and how deeply you engage with it. So let’s hear it. Why do you practice? What is your intention right now? When you share your why, it often inspires someone else to keep going too. šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø
