We will always want “more”, and sometimes want things we don’t have or can’t have. But there is so much we already have. Count your blessings and be grateful. I had a tough week at work, but I’m so happy I get to wake up to this view today!

Good day everyone ,I want to speak about my porn addiction recovery journey .Almost everyone has a cliche story on how it started ,of course started when we were young .So last year I was clean for the whole year ,it was the first time in my life feeling really good about myself ,had too much confidence and I had a high vibration .Long story short ,this year around March I relapsed of which was very disappointing and a huge setback ,going back to that dark hole I fought so hard to get out off .My recovery journey since March has been a rollercoaster ,i stay clean for 2 weeks ,week nor few days then back to square one .Before relapsing today i was 10 days clean ,i was on Semen Retention then I relapsed today .Crazy how after rubbing one off today I didn't feel any form of pleasure at all ,indication that my body isn't with it anymore ,problem is my brain battling the demons .My SR is starting again today ,after 30 days i will come back to update y'all about my recovery journey of which I know will happen ,I know I will heal .Being able to vent about it here means me being accountable for my actions and ready to change again cause I do really miss the 2024 feeling .I won't count the days but I will make the days count
