Hi everyone! Just a quick update… We will continue weekend canal runs after the May 24th weekend. @Luka Zivkovic and I are training for our Half-Marathon that is taking place May 24th. We will be running shorter runs throughout the week if anyone wants to join us… if anyone else is training for the half, we will be running our next long run at a distance of 17-18km next Saturday May 9th!

Hi everyone! I am organizing a canal run this Sunday April 19th @ 10:00 AM. We will do a light warmup and then start the run around 10:15 AM. We will be meeting outside of City Hall on the side facing Laurier Ave. We will be running 5KM. Everyone is free to run at their own pace. The run will go along the canal from City Hall, to Canal Ritz and back. You are free to run a bit further if you are faster. This is a great opportunity to come out and meet more likeminded people!
