For those running today, this is more than a fitness test. It represents discipline, commitment, and the courage to step forward toward a career in policing. Reaching Level 7 is the standard but showing up today already says a lot about who you are and the path you're choosing. Remember... Stay focused. Control your breathing. Last night’s Women of OPS Fireside Chat was truly something special. 🎉 The room was filled with honest conversations, powerful stories, and real connections. Women came together to talk openly about leadership, resilience, mentorship, and what it truly means to serve as a police officer with the Ottawa Police Service.
