Gen 3 K member, about a year ago I had to replace my oil pan because it was rusted out , I was not going to lift the motor so i made a new k member to go ahead of the motor so i could cut the factory one out and throw it in the scrap pile. A year later and i have just done the same to my sons gen 3 , so now we can remove the oil pan with ease . And as a bonus I have fixed the death wobble , I had it happen to me once at 120 , not funny . Any one else ever done this mod .

still trying to get the trans in my sons 04 , he got the old one out with his buddy , only to find that the main seal is leaking. He can only work on it weekends because of work , i am on supervisory duty only , just had surgery on my shoulder after my accident at work last year. So i cant do much to help, but I am not to happy about how thin the oil is, I have my suspicions that we have fuel in the oil.

I am sure peg will take the truck off your hands once you get the picker off.
My idea for a catch can
I decided to use the fuel filter housing and convert it into a catch can. Had a friend of mine machine me a nice little aluminum can to screw to the factory base. The 2 side port connect to the tapper cover and the center top port will be plumbed into the exhaust. I was thinking the top right could be used for a pressure gauge to see how much crankcase pressure there is when I plug the port to the exhaust and how much pressure it relieves when it open. Just out of curiosity
