This Cigarette Smoker Story Changed My Entire Life... (AlterReport#8)
I haven't had a single craving yet... 3 months ago I decided to stop eating Junk Food and Sugars and this story is the reason I was able to make it 90+ days without a single craving... If you have been smoking for the last 5 years and I ask you "Are you a smoker"? You will say YES On the other hand, If you just smoked your first cigarette and I ask you "Are you a smoker"? You will say NO. Even thought in both cases you just smoked a cigarette, the experience is very different from these two perspectives. Now once I understood that, life just became a game of moving through Identities. I wanted to stop eating junk food and sugars. I shifted my Identity to someone who enjoys rejuvenating and healing the body. I now eat extremely healthy, I never compromise my sleep. Now the lens I am running my life through looks at sugar and junk food as something that compromises my main goal. The person who has smoked 5 years gets the craving and the person who smokes his first doesn't get a craving. Your cravings don’t come from the behaviour itself, but from the identity tied to it. I removed the identity of someone who eats junk food and sugar. I didn’t try to resist—I simply became someone who doesn’t crave it. In fact, 2 of my recent goals were achieved because of Identity Shifting: - A gym habit - Reach top 1.4% in the world at Chess Just like a lifelong non-smoker doesn’t crave cigarettes, someone who has fully shifted their identity to valuing health doesn’t crave junk food. Don't fail 2025 Like You Failed Yourself Every Other Year (AlterReport#7)

Stop trying to Make Small Incremental Changes (AlterReport#5)
Majority of Self-Help is you being taught to make small incremental changes. The turning point of my life came when my brain asked me "How many more have to die before you truly start living?" Ill tell you more about what was happening in my life during this time. Becoming 1% better everyday. That in itself is obnoxiously stupid as a framework. Why? Simply because it doesn't exist or work in the human change model. Think back on your life for a moment. Any lasting permanent change likely came from experiencing extreme emotion and an extreme change in circumstances. You lost someone you loved. You moved to a brand new place. Everything around you changed. I will repeat it again "No Change Ever Worth Having Comes Slowly" It comes to you at speed. It cripples and overwhelms you at first then it becomes all you know. I started taking life seriously because 2 people I looked up to died in the span of a year. There was too much emotion. Like broken glass. You can never put glass back to the way it was after its broken. In other words, I just couldn't go back to the way life was. There was nothing to go back to. Life, from that point on, doesn't become 1% better everyday, it expands in strides and leaps. You get rapidly Hyperleaped into a new life. Your entire Identity shifts. The very essence of what it means to be you changes. This is what you want. A deep profound Identity Shift. Where your entire Perception of Life shifts. Rapid Rewire - It has made a real difference.
I've been doing the Rapid Rewire Protocol for one of my three goals. I made a tweak of my own by using a AI prompt to decide on the image I would use. The image I created with the help of the AI LLM was really powerful andusing it in the RRP makes it almost like a pushbutton. My routine 3 breaths//set a 6 min timer//do the RR Protocol //reset timer for the interval I plan to work (I sometimes use Focus Mate), work. When the timer goes off I document what work I did and write down what the next task is. Then I'm done, or I rinse and repeat. If anyone is interested I'll track down the prompt I used to get the image that worked so well for me.

Motivation The Billion Dollar Business Scam (AlterReport#2)
From motivational speakers to "inspirational" books and seminars, the self-help industry thrives on selling you the emotional high without giving you the tools to create lasting change. It feels good in the moment, but it doesn’t solve the real problem. The system is designed to keep you coming back for more. There is an obscene number of people consuming copious amounts of Self-Help books and you see no marked increase or change in their capacity or control over their life. So what is the solution to this problem In a singular phrase "Break Your Autopilot" 90-95% of your life is automated. You are thinking the same thoughts, feeling the same emotions and repeating the same habits/behaviours day after day. 5 minutes of motivational emotions is going to change nothing.
