We completed the first week. They say that it takes 21 days to build a habit. We are 25% there! Here’s what I got done in these 5 days of waking up an hour early. I was able to meditate for 4 out of the 5 days and spent a little more time with Arian before the morning routine. I also slept before 10pm on all 5 days in order to wake up early and by extension, had enough energy to hit the gym for 4 days this week 🥳 That’s a lot for 1 week. Share your experience too 👇
