I'm having some fun with the second edition of my current book. I've added summary infographics at the end of each chapter and in the appendix. I was thinking about doing the same for the back cover. I'll reformat it for the back cover and use color. Any thoughts? examples are below.

I published 2 books on Ingram as paperback, hardcover and ebook. All 6 of these items were "enabled for distribution." Unfortunately, the Perfect Keto paperback and hardcover were later disabled for distribution. No notice for this was sent to me. I discovered the problem as I went to order books. A link provided gave 9 reason this might occur. I had violated none of these rules and challenged the disabling using their online form (#1-form-sent.png). I received an email to wait 15 business days. I figured this was a simple fix. So I bought 100 copies of both books in paperback. I waited 17 business days then sent #2-my-email-#1.png through the regular customer support system. I received #3-email-from-Ingram-#1.png saying "your titles do not meet the standards and expectations of our retailers." I then sent #4-my-email-#2.png asking why and what to do to fix this. The exchange finished with (#5-email-from-Ingram-#2.png) saying they will not tell me why the print versions of Perfect Keto were disabled for distribution. Note that the ebook, which is identical in content, remains enabled for distribution. The three versions of Our Universe also remain enabled for distribution. So, the reason why Perfect Keto was removed from Ingram's catalog is a mystery. So far, with very little effort thus far, I have sold 7 copies of Perfect Keto to book stores. The owners, managers and others seem to like the book after skimming through it. I believe I know why this happened but lack evidence to support my theory. Any thoughts as to how I should proceed?

Books.by ads follow me everywhere. Their pitch is intriguing, but reviews are spotty. Does anyone have any experience with them, or insights?
