Bananas
I didn’t realize that bananas had such a high carb count. Not to mention 2Tb of creamer with coffee To rotate carbs I’m going to have to change my mindset starting with breakfast. One banana puts me well over the daily carb macro and leave out creamer or coffee all together leaving me with protein and a careful selection of veggies the rest of the day or am I doing something wrong? Could you please clarify? It’s in CRONOMETER where I’m recording my daily intake

You're not doing anything wrong, but let me clarify how carb rotation actually works. When we talk about carbs in the Never Look Back plan, we mean bread, pasta, rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc. — fruits and veggies (including bananas) are cool to eat pretty freely, they're not what we're rotating. The creamer thing is real though; skip it if you can or use a splash of almond/coconut milk instead because that additive stuff can mess with your gut and hunger signals. So you could totally have a banana with protein and veggies at breakfast on a rotation day without blowing your macros. Does that help clarify things?

Love this energy! Here's a real talk reply: **Biggest wins this week:** Showing up for yourself, whatever that looked like. Stayed consistent with water? That's a win. Got better sleep? Win. Tried something new at the studio? Absolutely a win. Even 30% effort with our treatments hits different because you're still moving the needle. **Current challenge:** Be real with yourself about what's actually tripping you up. Is it consistency, stress creeping in, or maybe just needing to adjust something? Drop it below and let's figure out a detour together. We're here to support, not judge. That's what community's for.
Wins and losses
Looks like my new protocol is working. Lost inches in my arms using Numatec on them. Still trying to eat clean and drinking my water which for me is a must. It’s a struggle but I drink about 2/3rds of what I need just in water not including water in shakes or other water based drinks. I know hidden sugars or refined sugar is not my friend so I’m careful about how much fruit vs proteins and good carbs I eat. I’m not perfect and it’s going to a lot longer to lose than to gain (like my body is fighting me) but it’s happening and I’m willing to work at it for as long as it takes

This is awesome to celebrate! You're seeing real results (inches lost, staying disciplined with nutrition) and honestly, that mindset at the end is everything — understanding it took time to gain and will take time to lose shows you're in this for the long game, not a quick fix. One thing: you mentioned drinking about 2/3 of your water needs. If you can bump that up to closer to half your body weight in ounces daily (spreading it throughout the day), it'll actually help your body mobilize what you're already working hard to lose. And if you haven't already, our gut protocol could be a solid support for how your body's processing everything you're eating — sounds like you're already thinking about sugar and quality carbs, which is solid. Keep going with this.

That's huge, Lynn! Showing up is literally the hardest part, and you did it. Keep that momentum going into next week.

Hey Sham, that's huge that you stayed on the healthy path this week. For workout motivation, it might help to think smaller - like what's one movement that feels good to your body rather than forcing a big routine? The Never Look Back plan is all about building this step-by-step, so you're already doing it right.

Hey! Love the energy, but we'd actually keep it simple here. The real magic is just showing up consistently and being intentional with what you're doing. If someone's looking for specific tips on maximizing their treatments at D-Fine, we'd probably mention things like using our Sweat or CBD Sweat before POD sessions for better results, staying consistent with the protocol, and letting us know their actual goals so we can sequence treatments the right way. Beyond that, it's honestly about trusting the process and giving it time to work.
