Mindset/diet thoughts
Just reflecting after watching module 2.2-2.4, listening to the mindset module made me feel very inspired to embrace my health journey every single day! The hard days I've had with my condition really have taught me the most. I've learned so much about my triggers and what my body truly needs...I'm truly grateful for that SUPERPOWER. I've had some times of remission where I "explore" a tad bit too much with my diet and lifestyle, which causes flares. I'm now able to recognize the symptoms, listen to my body and apply practices to get me back on track feeling and looking healthy! I'm learning so much everyday, how is everyone else feeling about the content so far? 🤗
Hi everyone, I'm Taylor!
I've been struggling with guttate psoriasis since I was about 20 years old. My flares would just about cover me from head to toe and last up to 8 months. I was at a loss with how to properly treat my condition other than light therapy. I met Andrew earlier this year and he gave me the best lifestyle, diet and supplement advice! Now when I flare, I can get it under control in about 1 month. I'm so grateful to have such incredible improvement, and I cant wait to continue my health journey with Systema! 😊

I've removed processed foods, refined sugar, gluten(sourdough bread occasionally seems to be okay), anything deep fried, most dairy products (besides yogurt/kefir) and alcohol. The foods I feel best after eating are fruits/berries, fish and salads.

Also, forgot to mention that I've tried to remove as many seed oils as possible, which can be tough because they are in sooo many things!
