Just reflecting after watching module 2.2-2.4, listening to the mindset module made me feel very inspired to embrace my health journey every single day! The hard days I've had with my condition really have taught me the most. I've learned so much about my triggers and what my body truly needs...I'm truly grateful for that SUPERPOWER. I've had some times of remission where I "explore" a tad bit too much with my diet and lifestyle, which causes flares. I'm now able to recognize the symptoms, listen to my body and apply practices to get me back on track feeling and looking healthy! I'm learning so much everyday, how is everyone else feeling about the content so far? 🤗
