I Need Your Help!
Hey guys don’t want you to think I’ve forgotten about you! Please don’t confuse my silence for inactivity or negligence. The truth is, while recently going through some tough shit with a family member who’s battling addiction, one of my best outlets has been content and new product creation. That said, I've got some workout programs coming down the pipeline!!! Which one would you like to see next? (click on it to let me know) - Kettlebell MetCon Program - Kettlebell Bodybuilding Program - Kettlebell Man Maker Program (these are always my most popular YouTube videos, so I figured why not see if y’all would like me to create a program dedicated exclusively to them?!) - Kettlebell Anabolic Ballistics Program Let me know what you would be MOST interested in, and I’ll throw a pot of coffee on and get to work!!! Looking forward to rolling these out! Stay tuned! Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

@Zachary Faigen yeah, bodybuilding is pretty self explanatory, but I’m curious what the other programs will be like
The Spark That Ignites the Fire
Comes to being successful in any avenue of life parentheses gym, business or personal relationships), you have to learn to be in love with productivity. And when it comes to that, I find that the sooner you can create a miniature win in the productivity department on any given day, the faster you’re going to create that momentum that can carry you throughout the day. And truth be told it doesn’t have to be a big win. Nine times out of 10 my first win of the day is simply not hitting the snooze button and immediately making my bed. That’s my spark. From there, my mind is focused just on getting to that next ā€œwinā€, then the next ā€œwinā€, and so on and so on until I’ve accomplished the days tasks. You don’t have to be military levels of regimented in order to beat hyper productive. You just have to be willing to make one small, good decision ahead of time and allow that one good decision to snowball into two and then into 3, 4, and more… Build that momentum and you’ll create that success! Hands up… Keep fighting!!!

I have actually been thinking about this a lot this week. I have abused the snooze button my whole life. Getting up on the first alarm feels great when I can make it happen. Working on it lol.

Your Strength is My Strength…
Just want all of you to know how much I appreciate the kind words of support since my last post regarding dealing with a loved one with addiction issues and how it’s impacted my family life as well as work life. Full disclosure everything has been tough to process given the clear and sober winds that I filter all thoughts words and actions through however, some of y’allā€˜s experiences dealing with addiction in your lives has really helped me understand the beast that stands in front of me. Just want you to know on top of that that your strength is my strength and my strength is your strength. My family (my ā€œWhyā€) and I will get through this. Just as I’ve always told you about how to handle any obstacles or deviations from the progress you’re looking for in life, this is not happening to me. This is happening for me! There will be good that comes from this so long as I commit to putting in the work and taking a bite out of this elephant one bite at a time. Love you guys for all that you offer me in my life… I promise things will get back on track shortly and I’ll continue to be the leader. You need to get you to where you wanna be. Hands up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!
