What’s up everyone ! Super happy to get this group going and to start posting some content here🙌🏼 What is everyone’s goal? 100m PR? Get ready for football combine? Etc. My current goal is to break 7k in the decathlon, short term goal - rehab from shoulder surgery😓

My goals are to run a 49 second 300m, and PR in the 400m (current pr is 1:04.7)
