1. Forge a dojo of ideas: A place where science meets spirit, and where debate is as sharp as a katana — but always used with respect. 2. Collect wisdom like biohackers collect gadgets: From sleep hacks to soul hacks, I want this to be the one place where we share tools that actually work (bonus points if they don’t involve kale smoothies). 3. Evolve together, not alone: Because even the strongest fighter loses without training partners. I want us to push each other — physically, mentally, socially, spiritually — until we’re all stronger than we imagined.

Alright Hololifers, let’s break the ice the HOLOLIFE way. I’ll go first — because if I can get punched in the face in the UFC cage and still smile, I can definitely introduce myself here. 1. Name & Base: Tateki Matsuda, born in Tokyo, sharpened in Boston, currently somewhere between a dojo, a lab, and a sauna. 2. #1 Goal: To live long enough to see my kids out-squat me (spoiler: it’s happening sooner than I’d like). 3. Unique Fact: I once fasted for 5 days straight with just water, then trained for 90 minutes. The result? My coach thought I was possessed by either samurai spirit or… severe hypoglycemia. 4. HOLOLIFE Excitement: Social evolution. Because what’s the point of having six-pack mitochondria if you don’t share joy, purpose, and maybe a croissant with your tribe? Your turn. Don’t overthink it.
