I’m planning to runn DM ads on Instagram and Facebook. I’m not a fan of the default messaging templates Ads Manager provides. Is there a workaround where people can just DM me directly with a keyword instead? Also — which campaign objective would you recommend for this? Engagement (messages) or Leads? Would love your advice. Thanks!
