⚔️ Monday Mindset
It’s Monday, the start of a brand new week. Too many people dread this day, but here’s the truth: Monday sets the pace for everything that follows. When I was competing as a Gladiator, Mondays weren’t “slow starts”, they were the foundation. Training, discipline, and mindset began the second the week kicked off. If I wasted it, I fell behind. 💡 Here’s your challenge today: - Do one thing that gets your body moving. Even 20 push-ups or a walk. - Do one thing for your mind. Write down a goal for this week. - Do one thing for your soul. Message someone with encouragement. Stack those wins, and by Friday, you’ll be unrecognisable. 👉 What’s the one win you’re committing to today? Drop it below so we can hold you accountable.

Building a daily routine
Just getting moving regularly, waking up my body. Just pushing myself out of the bad mood. Walking loads, eating good food. And building on that. Rebuilding my routine and sticking to it, so far so good. Have a good day everyone 💪🏽✌🏼

I use it when before gym/training, definitely has a effect on energy. Also magnesium/zinc is important as generally most are low in it. Also alot of supplements are rubbish. British Supplements are 3rd party lab tested and good quality. Would recommend.

I've learnt that, its takes effort, action to start lift the mood. Just do it. Im moving now and will continue to build on that. Walking in the park eat some good food and get some proper sleep. Research your own experience, learn what works for you and apply it, thats been the key for me. Happy Sunday Everyone Enjoy the day !
