@Zachary Swinford For awhile it was my schedule between the Army, college, Ect. I left the Army, and left college too, to pursue Business and Jiu Jitsu full time. So hopefully nothing too bad now : ) It will probably be my own consistency and self discipline -- Will for sure do my best to stay healthy and consistent to get as good as possible
Worst Injury You've Had?
I remember around a year ago, I almost tore my right rotator cuff, but thankfully just sprained it really bad, that was probably my worst injury I had from BJJ, and I hope that never happens again, nor that it's worse. So my question to you is, what was your worst injury in Wrestling, or BJJ? Are you going through a injury right now? Comment below👇

@Zachary Swinford Luckily I have not had injuries that badly since I started when I was 14. (Granted I'm 23 now) and between Army and a bunch of other things that seemed to get in the way over the years, but about 6-7 years of consistent training the worst one I had was a spraine left knee due to a tight IT band Knock on wood, I tend to be really carefully when rolling, tapping early, and not putting my legs, back, neck ect in too compromising positions too often
How Much Sleep Are You Getting?
Sleep is something that's DEATHLY important, and is 1/3 of our life So you MUST be taking it seriously, especially as a BJJ, or wrestling athlete, for recovery, and general health reasons So here's your action step, comment below the amount of hours you get in bed each night CONSISTENTLY, and if there's any struggles, I'll come help you out!

I get 7-8 hours 5 days a week, 5 hours 1 night a week, and 9+ hours 1 day a week. I try and make up for the day that I lost the 5. I can function pretty well off if I get 5 hours 1 night, but after about 3 days in a row, I feel like a zombie haha
What do you do outside of Jiu-jitsu?
When you aren't strangling or being strangled, what do you do for hobbies and/or work? I create all sorts of content, myself! Memes, podcasts, books, audio books. I also love to Onewheel 🤙🤙

Other than being into Jiu Jitsu and Training, I also am obsessed with Jiu Jitsu Gym business strategy. I study and have helped primarily Jiu Jitsu Gyms save time, capture more students with their website and google business page. It's kind of nerdy. But I plan to use these skills to sponsor myself one day so I can compete off of my own business's profits and then represent my company when competing😂 I also am in university for a semester to see if college would be useful or not... (it's fairly boring but worth experiencing) All time in the near future will be devoted to competing and business though, so I'm extremly excited about that @Paige Mercurio I also used to rock climb (I never got really good, but it was very adjacent to Jiu Jitsu as far as flexibility and strength is concerned)

Hey everybody! My name is Tanner, I'm a purple belt in BJJ. I'm 22 now, started training when I was 14. I have a passion for the Jiu Jitsu community, Oh! And I'm currently representing South Korea😄 I one day want to become a professional BJJ athlete that my potential skill will merit me being on the a global stage, but I don't want to achieve that if that means I have to lose my love for BJJ.
