This the last thing imma say about the conference until Ashley comes back in SKOOL and starts initiating post… but there were so many lessons I picked up from what @Ashley Kirkwood DID in addition to what she said and her CONFIDENCE and approach to speaking and selling has pushed me to be BOLD. It reminded me of this portion of the DEEPEST FEAR POEM: “ … Your playing it small does not serve the world. There’s nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are meant to shine … … as we let our light shine we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.” Ma’am you have not only equipped us, you have emboldened us, challenged me to be more public and loud about serving others by selling them what I offer. One of the great things about this community is being able to share wins and feel authentic love and not competition, thanks @Ashley Kirkwood So here’s a recap video of an event my wife and I hosted in VA this weekend to kickoff the school year for her girls mentorship program (ladies of distinction). It’s so rewarding to have many of the girls from Multiple schools and states show up for self-esteem pep rally, a short empowerment walk and activities. On the business side it not only creates a moment to speak into their lives, it’s gives a platform to invite speakers (this year we had WNBA LEGEND SYLVIA CRAWLEY SPANN and MEAC 2x Champion Mikayla Sayles along with my Phenomenal wife Dr Jennell Riddick) and increase our income so we can help even more girls throughout the year. This is a very rewarding win and we do this work because of the push I have received here at Speak Your Way to Cash! Thanks to you all for the confidence, encouragement and tools to think bigger.
