🔥 72 hours to go...
Day 1 of the AI Advantage Summit starts in just 72 hours. Before we kick off, we want to know one thing: What is your biggest challenge with AI right now? Seriously, we want to hear it. Because the more we know about where people are stuck, the more we can make this Summit genuinely useful. The goal is not for this to be just another event that feels interesting in the moment. The goal is for it to create real change. To help you use AI to buy back time, work smarter, and build an advantage that keeps compounding month after month. So if there is something you want clarity on, need help with, or want us to address during the Summit, now is the time to share it. This is your chance to help shape the experience and make it a bigger win for you. We cannot wait to see you on Thursday. 🚀 Let us know if you’re coming by RSVPing right here!

I use different applications including my business website tools, Tik Tok and Meta Business Suite. I would like to create a workflow that includes checking my email accounts. Practically, I need to organize my life
Newbie
Hello, Everyone I'm Tanaka. I recently began using AI and I'm excited about the advantages I've experienced so far. It has helped me to become more comfortable with joining the group. I look forward to chatting with you as I learn more about technology.

🛠️ Freedom Isn’t Given. It’s Engineered.
A lot of people talk about freedom like it is something that arrives one day. A milestone. A lucky break. A finish line. Something earned after enough hard work, long hours, and sacrifice. But in reality, freedom rarely appears on its own. It is not handed out by the market, by clients, by growth, or by success. Freedom is engineered. It is built through the choices we make every day about how we work, what we prioritize, and what we refuse to keep doing the hard way. It comes from designing a business and a life that create more space, not just more activity. More margin, not just more movement. More control over our time, energy, and attention. That is where the shift begins. At first, many entrepreneurs chase freedom by chasing growth. More revenue. More clients. More opportunities. But growth without structure often creates a different kind of trap. More demands. More complexity. More decisions. More time spent reacting instead of leading. The business grows, but freedom shrinks. That is why freedom has to be designed on purpose. It comes from building systems that reduce friction. Creating workflows that lower rework. Making decisions that protect focus. Delegating what should not depend on us. Using tools like AI to shorten time-to-first-draft, speed up planning, reduce admin, and create breathing room for higher-value work. These are not small operational choices. They are how freedom gets built in real life. Every time we simplify a process, we earn time back. Every time we remove a bottleneck, we create more momentum. Every time we stop doing manually what could be automated or streamlined, we expand our capacity without expanding chaos. That is the practical side of freedom. And the inspiring side is this: engineered freedom compounds. One better system saves an hour a week. One improved workflow removes recurring friction. One smarter handoff reduces delays. One protected block of focused time creates better thinking. These changes may look small in the moment, but over months they turn into reclaimed hours, cleaner execution, and more control over how our days actually feel.

⚙️ The Leverage Equation: How Top Entrepreneurs Multiply Their Time
The most successful entrepreneurs do not win by working every hour. They win by making each hour worth more. That is the real leverage equation. It is not about squeezing more into the day. It is about building systems, decisions, and support that multiply the value of our time. The shift is subtle, but it changes everything. Instead of asking, How can I get more done? top entrepreneurs ask, How can I make this happen with less friction, less rework, and less dependence on me? That is where real growth begins. At the start, most of us grow by effort. We do the selling, the building, the fixing, the follow-up, the planning, and the problem-solving. That phase teaches resilience, but it also creates a dangerous pattern. We start believing that our business grows only when we personally push harder. Over time, that becomes a ceiling. The calendar fills up, decisions bottleneck, and progress slows because everything still runs through us. Leverage breaks that pattern. It happens when we replace repetition with systems. When we replace guesswork with clear processes. When we replace scattered effort with focused priorities. And increasingly, it happens when we use AI to reduce low-value manual work, speed up first drafts, shorten research time, and support faster execution without sacrificing quality. This is what top entrepreneurs understand. They do not treat time as something to manage only. They treat it as something to invest. Every task gets evaluated differently. Does this create momentum? Can this be automated? Can this be delegated? Can this be simplified? Can this be turned into a repeatable workflow? Those questions are where multiplication starts. A single hour spent building a better system can save ten later. A single hour spent creating a reusable prompt, template, or process can reduce future rework every week. A single hour spent training a team member can remove a recurring bottleneck. That is leverage in action. It is also why the best entrepreneurs are careful about where their energy goes. They know that context switching eats time. Unclear communication creates delays. Weak systems generate rework. Constant reactive work keeps them trapped in motion without building real momentum. So they protect their attention. They simplify. They document. They build operating rhythms that make execution faster and cleaner.

That is a good question because not only am I new to AI, I'm also transitioning into becoming an entrepreneur. So I'm still a newbie but every post is helping me.
