51% is enough
You don’t need 100% certainty to take action. You only need 51%. If slightly more of you feels ready than not, go. That’s enough clarity. That’s enough courage. That’s enough belief. Motion creates the clarity.

I have done this - trying to push thru but it never pans out. I get lost in the doing to easily. I'm better waiting until I can feel the excitement of it which is more like 75-80%.
The In-Between
There’s a state where nothing is wrong, but nothing is happening either. Plans stay open. Decisions stay pending. Time keeps passing without much friction. It doesn’t feel like avoidance. Ir feels neutral. Responsible, even. But neutrality can quietly hold things in place longer than intended, especially when nothing forces a change.

This is the hardest part. Having let go of the old, but the new is still painting itself into your reality.

I would do some research on their profile - looking for bot-like posts and when they joined. If things look good there - I ask if they are energetically open/aligned using muscle testing. Then if everything checks, I may message or let them in.
🍓 Blame me for wingman
FIRST- a reminder: Wingman will be back online Friday! ull see a lot of bugs and breaks until then. and you can blame me for that one, the dev team gave me two options: 1. roll out steady (no breaks) and updates land end of feb 2. roll out fast (with breaks) and updates land in jan I opted for 2 for 2 reasons 1. i have 1 month off from the world tour + so im workin on this myself every day 2. i figured with ur help and feedback, we could get everything realigned fast January is gonna be a BIG month. and if u can be patient w me, youll have: not only some new really powerful tools for ur community at ur fingertips, but also an app for ur phone and ipad, (so you dont need to just use a lappy anymore.) but also a WHOLE series of videos that i will make myself showing you exactly how to use every piece. its a new tool, but i think when its done ull be surprised how simple it is for how much it does :) so please give me ur feedback- good and bad hope that makes sense!! im just sooper duper excited!

Being from the software dev space, I admire you for choosing #2 - (ie. rushing it out the door) owning it and being transparent about it. I was the last woman between dev and prod as QA and I saw many times that they would choose #2 and move on like nothing broke in the process or they'd blame someone else. So thank you for showing how #2 can be used in a productive way and not just an escape from a truth you don't want to acknowledge.

@Frank Raymond It sure is and I hope he continues to do so and inspires others to the same. This is how real change happens.
Just a note, in case it helps...
Right now there’s a lot of noise about squeezing in one last big push before midnight on New Year’s Eve. YOU don’t have to play along. Doing less is still an option. Rest when you can. Enjoy the holiday goodies and whatever else you’re craving. Laugh when it shows up. Be on your own team for the rest of the year. It all still counts.

@Mary Wilmer I am excited by it all. It's a feeling that has not yet been named. I just know that I am wealthy, successful and free to do whatever I want.

@Mary Wilmer Yes but it's really not a mindset. I stopped listening to my mind long ago. I listen to my heart so maybe heartset. 😆

I stopped hustling and trying to make life work. Now I share with women how reality responds when effort gets out of the way. ✨🔥
