What does wellness look like growing your business?
Many of us refuse to burnout as we once may have, yet what does that look like to still grow your business with ease and holistic wellness? Here's the 2 questions I'd love your feedback on (or feel free to answer at least one): 1. Challenge: What's a question or roadblock you're dealing during perimenopause, or in general health wise, as you age that you'd love support with as you grow your business? Ie. poor sleep, stiff joints, onsetting arthritis, poor recovery from injury, chronic pain, less mobility, ADHD lack of focus, scattered energy, negative moods, less energy, distracted by kids/news/scrolling, etc. 2. Goals: What are your biggest health and wellness goals or ideal wellness desires you'd like to have as you age and why? Ie. deeper sleep, more energy at end of day, strong health habits and discipline, flatter tummy, less cravings, more focus and presence, more quality connection with family, prioritizing self care consistently, etc. After I compile your questions and goals, I'll make the Q&A video and share it back here in the community!

I'm late to comment but wanted to add, although everyone has already shared many goals that resonate for me. Concerns include sleep quality and inconsistent energy. Goals, I want to get back to a place where I have enought supportive fitness routines that I'm at least as fit or more fit than I've been in the past. With that I think my energy will be better supported. I'm also working on better evening routines to support sleep and rest.

great question! so many....I just reread The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt, and it's definitely still one of my favourites. Movies, Lost in Translation is one of my favourites.

Please give a warm congratulations to @Gerbielyn Valentin Gerbielyn Valentin!!! She showed up every day of the challenge, was often first to post her assignment and made awesome traction on her goal to run a 5K by signing up for one for the first time in years after an injury (from having run many marathons/etc.), she faced her fears to start walking again daily, created an inspiring tracker, and took action in her new daily exercise each day of the challenge. A close second was Tobias who really put 100% effort into this as well and thank you to everyone who participated in the 5 day challenge fully with over 75 who registered--it takes a unique being to *actually* finish and complete it! @Heather Kohlmeister I wanted to come back and reply! I'm very much a beginner climber, even after a couple years, but I just love it. ps. orchids can actually really be accessible as a plant if you feel to try one again sometime. I'm really not great with plants in general; the first time I had one rebloom I was so shocked lol.
