I’m so glad to be here. I purchased my first piece of land in February at the Wayne County auction. It was such an emotional, yet amazing experience I ever felt in my life. I always thought I needed to be a rich woman to purchase land so that one moment really rocked my world. I paid 518.00 for 11,020 sq feet in an HOA community Indian Trails Salem PA. I’m like woot woot I’m going to work on my credit so I can build a vac spot right….., boom then I met Charles Noom and learned watching these videos that I can flip that 11,020 sq feet anywhere from 6k-8k. My 9-5 is project manager for large FI's doing mergers and acquisitions. My mindset = My job is stress and requires so many hours.. I'm known as the "fixer" in my profession. Hey everyone! My wife and I are glad to be here amongst so many others who are striving to change future generations. A little bit about us? My wife of 24 years and I have always wanted to run our own business. We stepped out on faith late last year and started investing in mobile homes. That helped us secure a contract remodeling mobile offices for a large supplier. We started with 2 guys and now have a 10-man crew, including a foreman. Anyway, we are familiar with tax liens and heard how often these properties come with mobile homes on them. That got us interested. Then, Charles's FB ad locked us in. We hope to learn all that we can here.
