Completed day 1 of my Orientation today and learned that there's a connection between being active in the Community and matching that energy in the world as I make moves acquiring and flipping land! Hi Everyone! Can anyone, with experience working with Saginaw, give me some insight? I spoke with a Rep from the Water and Sewer Maintenance office who said (they cut off utilities to) EVERY vacant lot & they all would likely need to route utilities to them. 🤔 Meanwhile, the Consumer Energy company Rep stated that they service any lot in Saginaw City and county with power, regardless of the address. Anyone else encounter such "generalities" when trying to confirm access to uttilities for any given lot? It just seems odd. Any input is greatly appreciated!

I definitely needing assistance, I'm so nervous when it comes to credit repair, I've paid for services numerous times with no success (from others). where should one start, if starting from the absolute bottom? There's lots of information in the classroom, I'm gettin a little dizzy from the screen time. 😊
