HOA property
I’m so glad to be here. I purchased my first piece of land in February at the Wayne County auction. It was such an emotional, yet amazing experience I ever felt in my life. I always thought I needed to be a rich woman to purchase land so that one moment really rocked my world.
I paid 518.00 for 11,020 sq feet in an HOA community Indian Trails Salem PA. I’m like woot woot I’m going to work on my credit so I can build a vac spot right…..,
boom then I met Charles Noom and learned watching these videos that I can flip that 11,020 sq feet anywhere from 6k-8k. There goes the vac spot 😊
