LOI Accepted.
Yesterday our LOI on a 20 pad park was accepted. We are now moving forward with the PSA. The park is in Virginia and is on city water and septic. More to come.

Hello - I am back after my first start in early May. Had to manage and aging mother issue. I am actively looking for first park in FL GA or AL. $500K-$1.5M. Been focused on MH flips for 2 years as a side hustle but want to semi retire from sales career to MHP fulltime. Look forward to the mentoring
