Hiring Part Time
Hello! I know most people on here are building a business and I totally respect that! But if you're not interested in marketing/sales/project management and just want a role in a growing AI Agency I wanted to post my job description and if it fits what you're looking for, please DM me so we can chat. Its a part time role 11am-3pm PST. What You’ll Do: - Build daily AI + automation workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, scrapers, etc.). - Support client projects by turning requirements into working automations. - Deliver internal builds that we can turn into content for marketing. - Document every workflow clearly with Loom videos and written notes. - Report progress daily inside our project management system. - Track hours and tasks using Time Doctor to ensure accountability. Requirements: - Proven experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n). - Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and AI integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.). - Strong English communication skills and attention to detail. - Available consistently during 11AM–3PM PST, Monday through Friday. - Comfortable with time tracking (Time Doctor) and daily reporting. Nice to Have: - Experience with scrapers (Apify, BrowserFlow). - Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.). - Interest in AI agents and advanced automation. Compensation: Hourly rate, tracked with Time Doctor. Please include your best proposal. Thank you! Tadi 🥳

@Karan Nagle lets gooo!
First 2 case studies underway!
Besides building things for my own business i currently have a Shopify shoe store and a Property Inspection company I’m helping with some phase 1 automations like Manychat workflows, chat widgets on their websites and more. It’s been super exciting this week to get this point after taking some time to learn and build for myself and start reaching out to business owners in groups I’m in. 🥳🥳🎉

TrueHorizon AI Co-Founders Reflecting...
The past eight months at TrueHorizon AI have been a wild ride. We came out of the gates hot, closing 10 deals in a matter of weeks, only to find ourselves drowning in work and missing deadlines shortly after. Two months later, we made the tough call to shut our doors temporarily so we could fix our internal systems before taking on any new discovery calls. Looking back, I’m actually grateful for those couple of months of chaos. The stress, sleepless nights, and constant pressure forced us to grow. We came out of it with a stronger mindset and a deeper appreciation for good systems, good processes, and good people. In this podcast, my co-founders and I sat down for an hour and a half to reflect on the journey so far. Some moments are lighthearted, others carry real lessons, and throughout we share both the wins and the failures that shaped us. My hope is that you’ll be able to take away some nuggets that help you avoid the same mistakes. Give it a listen, and let me know what you think. Cheers, Nate

@Miles Justin Trias I’m great! How are you
Part-time/hourly
I am looking for intermediate to expert level implementers for AI workflows using N8N, go high level, make, maybe light Python knowledge, air table, thorough knowledge of APIs etc… Part-time, hourly position Please comment, message me or email me ! [email protected] Not looking to hire any agencies or one off builds, looking for someone will dedicate 3 to 4 hours a day five or six days a week. Honesty and integrity is the most important thing you can have next to the skills! Thanks

🚀New Video: I built this AI Agent in 2 hours (and got paid $1200)
I just dropped a new video where I share the story of how I sold my very first n8n automation back in 2024. What might shock you is how simple the system actually was. Looking back, I could probably rebuild it in 30 minutes today. But that’s the point, clients weren’t paying for a “complex workflow,” they were paying for the outcome. This was the first time I made money selling an automation, and it taught me something that’s even more true now: business owners don’t care how advanced the system looks, they care if it saves them time, money, or focus. And today, people are even more open to investing in solutions like this, as long as you can communicate value clearly and show you’re someone they can trust. Curious to hear your thoughts, does this change how you think about selling automations or agents?
