@Shane Sk You're spot on! I suppose for me its the imposter syndrome that kicks in but I guess I gotta step into bigger shoes in order to learn how to walk in them. First week of cold calling overall was difficult but it is slightly getting easier so hopefully it'll be downhill from here

@Ryan Lynch The first few calls felt like a complete disaster—but once I was actually on the phone, I was fine. I’m generally a social person and pretty decent on calls, but imposter syndrome, the fear of being intrusive, and maybe even rejection had me on edge. In my first week of cold calling, I only made about five calls a day. I didn’t sign any new clients, but I did book three meetings, which gave me the motivation to keep pushing. Next week, I’ll. be gradually increasing my call volume, and overall, I’m feeling much better about it. The fear is still there, but definitely less than it was last week!

@Samuel Průša Hey Samuel! Thanks a lot :) I'm actually thinking to even work part-time at a sales related role just to get some experience in talking to higher level individuals so I can break that barrier down! Will see how it goes!
