I’m sharing this here as a resource for anyone who’s just getting started or still trying to connect the dots. When I first came across this space, it wasn’t very clear what people actually did or how everything fit together, so this is my attempt to simplify that. Please don't Google or search elsewhere, I want to hear your genuine thoughts and understanding on GTM I am struggling to understand the difference between Lead Gen and GTME. For example, the stack I have used for Lead Gen has been Sales Nav, Instantly, Prosp. ai (similar to HeyReach) for LinkedIn outreach. The stack is more or less the same, except for addition of Clay and automating the stack using n8n / zapier / make.com. My question is: if the same stack is used for Lead Gen, what difference does GTME makes? Would love to hear unsearched thoughts 🙃
