Good to be back yet Feeling lost Already
Asalam-o-Alaikum everyone! It feels good to be back at Skool, but before I dive in, I want to share something that has been weighing on me. Lately, I’ve been feeling very lost. I feel as though everything I am trying to do and learn is in vain. I might sound a bit dramatic, and this post might seem like a therapy session, but I am quite confused about the skillset I am currently trying to develop.

Salaam,. I am going through self-doubt and confusion in my life, because of which I am in a lot of depression and anxiety. I am even getting suicidal thoughts and I don’t understand anything. If someone could talk to me and guide me properly for the sake of Allah ﷻ, it would be a great help for me. Please 🙏💔

Aap ne jo mehsoos kiya wo share karne ke liye bohot himmat chahiye. Sab se pehle toh yeh yaad rakhein ke aap akele nahi hain. Allah Ta'ala Quran mein farmata hai: "La yukallifullahu nafsan illa wus'aha" (Allah kisi jaan par uski taqat se zyada bojh nahi dalta) — (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:286) Iska matlab hai ke aap ke andar wo taqat majood hai jo is mushkil waqt ka samna kar sake. Depression aur anxiety insaan ko bilkul nichor deti hain, lekin yeh koi gunah nahi hai yeh ek azmaish hai aur iska ilaaj mumkin hai. Ek aur jagah Allah farmata hai: "Inna ma'al 'usri yusra" (Beshak, mushkil ke saath aasani hai) — (Surah Ash-Sharh, 94:6)
