Alright I need to know who’s IN 👀
I’ll be running another 8-week Summer Fitness Challenge… and if you were in the last ones, you already know the vibe. The progress, the accountability, the support… it was amazing. Easily my favorite part was watching everyone show up for themselves AND each other. This time…we’re moving to a new platform that’s way more user-friendly and community-based, so it’ll be even easier to stay consistent, track your progress, and actually feel connected throughout the whole 8 weeks. Here’s what’s included so far: - 8 weeks of workouts (with video demos for every movement so you’re never confused) - A private community where we check in daily, share wins, and keep each other accountable - Built-in tracking for your weights + reps so you can SEE your progress over time - Calorie + macro tracking to help you stay on track without overcomplicating things And honestly… I’m still adding more🫢 If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent, or you keep starting over, this is exactly what you need. I got 5 hours of sleep last night and had to get up early for work but still got my workout in AND ran my daily mile! I was dreading the mile but I knew I wasn’t leaving the gym until I ran a mile. It was slower than normal but my goal is to just run 1 mile a day. Set goals that aren’t too far out of reach and you won’t miss!
