I got 5 hours of sleep last night and had to get up early for work but still got my workout in AND ran my daily mile! I was dreading the mile but I knew I wasn’t leaving the gym until I ran a mile. It was slower than normal but my goal is to just run 1 mile a day. Set goals that aren’t too far out of reach and you won’t miss!
