This is complicated for me, I got a prospect who sells prequalified leads to biz owners and agencies by uniquely running ads, so basically he runs ads....... But he doesn't have a proper client acquisition system for himself IMO, His Insta bio takes you to a YT video of 1 hr and from there he has a link to book a 1-1 meeting, which is just a Calendly page .... He doesn't have a proper landing page with all his testimonials in one place, so I think this is where his money is leaking... I did outreach to him, but iam not sure if I did it right. Can anyone with experience guide me if I did anything wrong?

I'll be managing a client's website's blog posts and email list. The sales call went today, and we'll start the work after signing an NDA document which is tomorrow. For prospect research, how do I systemise and speed up the research? I am not lazy and I am willing to put in effort to do research, is just with all the points needed to look at, is really time consuming and is not sustainable for mass outreach. Additional, to receive 5-10 email from mailing list, I need to wait few days or even week for the email to come through, that is a huge amount of time wasted, how to skip this wait while able to identify prospect's problem?
