I remember joining this group after watching the 8hours course from Tyson. I would do cold dm’s, cold calls, cold emails. Got rejected time and again, but I refused to give in. I then decided to stick to one outreach method, and go all in. The truth is, there is no best outreach method. Find the one that works for you and stay there. Trust God, learn from the best @Tyson FourDee . And you’ll start seeing results. I know this isn’t much, but after 7 months of no results, and £0 in my account. By Gods grace I have hit my first £1,000. Now, £10k is the goal 🙌, thanks @Tyson FourDee for giving so much value online. You’re indeed the real GOAT

I haven’t scrolled on TikTok, YouTube shorts, Instagram, or anything like that for 8 months. I don’t watch TV shows, I don’t watch movies (except for school), and I don’t even watch YouTube videos (only my own). The most “entertaining” thing I do is listen to audiobooks. Most people have never even gone a single day without scrolling. Smokers can go weeks without smoking. But many people can’t go 24 hours without opening up social media. That shows how strong this addiction is. I tried to quit for years and failed. I tried dopamine detox, app blockers, even texting a friend every single day. Nothing worked. I always went back to scrolling. What finally worked for me was on January 16, 2025. That was the day I said: enough is enough. Since then, I haven’t scrolled once (think about that, it’s actually crazy) Here’s the thing: you don’t have to start by quitting forever. (even though the post suggests that) That’s too hard. You just need to prove to yourself that you can do it for 7 days. So here’s my challenge to you: - For the next 7 days, cut only one thing: short form content. - You can still watch a long YouTube video, or a movie if you want. - But no TikTok, no shorts, no reels. That’s it. 7 days. No short form content. After those 7 days, you’ll feel the difference, trust me. This is exactly what all my students and clients have done, all with very very good results. When’s the last time you went even one full day without scrolling? (ON PURPOSE)
