Pick Physical or Relational 2. Pick one thing uve been intendin to quit or start. 3. Spend Oct sharin how you do it, and how we can help Personally, ive never been this fat in my life and i FEEL unhealthy. So im gonna be postin pics while i work on it all Oct.
