Star planter
My star plant would be my deadly nightshade!! It was a small clipping in spring and has grown like crazy, and even flowered and produced berries after the first summer!! It’s a beautiful start to my poisonous garden I’m slowly starting!!!

@Jennifer Lowdermilk some just pop up. I know of places around where I live hemlock likes to pop out of nowhere on other peoples property.

@Donna Scarborough I keep it where the pets can’t get to it. Once I get a few more poisonous plants, I’ll gate off an entire section of my yard for it.
Lilies
For the giveaway, I’m submitting pictures of my lilies! They are absolutely beautiful!! And you can smell their sweet fragrance from feet away!!!

@Donna Scarborough I luckily don’t have deer to worry about. And thank you! I love seeing them bloom larger and larger every year!!

Showing off
I was just wanting to show off my indoor plants. I’m a beginner, and I’ve propagated a bunch of clippings that are thriving. I got ahold of some glass shelves from a friend, and have cleaned the plants off my windowsills 🤣!! Now to get on Amazon to get some new grow lights!!

@Donna Scarborough mine fruited for the first time this year also. It gave me 13!!!
I think I overdid it
This is my first year trying to grow anything, so of course I couldn't just try two or three plants, I had to try seven different things and try to keep up with how to take care of each one. I have three raised garden beds with legs. The one I'm posting is the 40 inch bed. For some reason, I thought it would be wise to plant 2 bell pepper plants, 3 eggplants, lavender, yellow Spanish onion, and oregano. Marigolds go without saying, right? Then as if that wasn't enough I added radish seeds. In case you were keeping count the 7th item is cilantro which is in another bed with more bell peppers. About 2 weeks ago, I moved one of the eggplants to another bed, but as you can see from the video this bed is still densely packed. Oops

I did that my first year with roses. I got like 10 bare root roses that I planted. Only two survived lol! I learned to control myself after that first year…. Sort of 🤣
