🧩 Breaking a Goal Into Small, Doable Steps
One of the biggest reasons goals feel overwhelming isn’t the goal itself —it’s trying to do all of it at once. So let’s keep this simple and real. 🎯 The Goal “I want to drink more water each day.” Sounds easy… until life gets busy. Step 1: Get specific Instead of saying: “Drink more water” Try: “I will drink 2 litres of water each day.” Now your brain knows what “done” looks like. Step 2: Ask the identity question. Who do I need to become to do this? Someone who remembers to drink water — even on busy days. This turns the goal into a way of being, not a task. Step 3: Break it into tiny steps Instead of focusing on 2 litres, think: - 1 glass when I wake up - 1 glass with breakfast - 1 glass mid-morning - 1 glass with lunch - 1 glass mid-afternoon - 1 glass with dinner - 1 glass in the evening Small. Clear. Achievable. Step 4: Attach it to something you already do This is the secret sauce. - Wake up → drink water - Sit down to eat → drink water - Make a coffee → drink water first No motivation required — just routine. Step 5: Celebrate the showing up Success isn’t perfection. Success is: “I kept a small promise to myself today.” That’s how confidence is built. 🌱 Takeaway Big goals are achieved through small steps that are consistent. You don’t need to do everything — you just need to do the next doable thing. 💬 Your turn Drop one goal below and break it into 3 tiny steps. Let’s grow this together 💛. What are your takeaways on this and do you have anything to add to the discussion?

You are 100 correct! I need to do this for my community Z
📚 Let’s talk reading styles… 🎧📖
I’m curious — how do you love to take in a good book? Some of us love the feel of pages in our hands… Some of us squeeze stories in while driving, walking, or cooking dinner… Some of us happily mix it up depending on the season of life we’re in. There’s no “right” way — just your way 😊Reading (or listening) is still learning, still growing, still nourishing the mind. 👇 Vote in the poll below and tell us what kind of reader you are: And if you feel like sharing…💬 What are you reading (or listening to) right now?

@Leeanne Hurren um…yes. What gave it away?
A tiny mindset shift that changes everything…
Have you ever noticed how heavy the words “I have to” can feel? 👉 I have to get up early.👉 I have to do the work.👉 I have to show up again today. Now try this instead… ✨ “I get to.” ✨ I get to wake up and try again. I get to learn something new. I get to build something that matters to me. I get to be part of a community that understands the season I’m in. Same task.Same day.Completely different energy. This little shift doesn’t pretend things are always easy — but it reminds us of choice, privilege, and purpose. Especially for those of us juggling family, caring roles, work, dreams, and responsibilities…“I get to” gently brings us back to why we started in the first place. So today, just for fun (and awareness 😉)… 👇 Finish this sentence in the comments: Today, I get to… Let’s borrow each other’s perspective and create a ripple of gratitude and momentum 🌊✨

I get to stay home with the kids. On this rainy morning, that is a huge blessing.
Classroom Gold!
@Leeanne Hurren reminded my community yesterday to be smart (not just smart asses) and utilize the classroom, so I thought I’d be a pal and return the favor. If you are a member of this group, the courses in the classroom were made with you in mind. Which means they have great value for goals here. Just so you know, I’m not full of shit….I have done the Welcome course myself and will be delving into another this afternoon. I’ll keep you all updated. 👇Tell me your favorite course here in the comments.
