Saturday Lives?
Hey fam, I’ve been thinking about our live classes A LOT and I’m down to kick things up again on Saturdays (8 or 8:30am EST - we can do a poll). It would be a 45-60min class w a warmup, workout and stretch/mobility. So 4x a month (for now) and the classes will be Functional HIIT with some good intensity, body weight and bands thrown in. It would be a paid program of $99/mo - which comes to $25 a class (plus the on-demand which is a cost that I’ve been covering). I can also add food, nutrition, recovery, etc PDF protocols weekly for extra support. Would be nice to have 5-10 people committed to start this back up. If we end up getting more people down the line, I may have capacity to increase live classes frequency but for now 4x a month is a good start. Start date could be Saturday Sept 13th to give some time and get everyone sorted and setup the system again for the lives, calendar, etc. Who wants in? (If we don’t get enough interest - it’s fine, no worries - I’ll just table it for now, but looking for folks to commit consistently) Love, Paul

The bittersweet end of an era for the SH community!
Hey Superhuman Fam, It's been over 3 years, 400+ classes and tons of fun since starting up this amazing community. My life has been impacted in so many positive ways by every single one of you. Our lives have changed so much during the pandemic but we stayed strong and kept our bodies moving. Over the years, we've kept things fun, fresh and challenging. So much growth...and so many different places that we did workouts from. Especially me! Don't forget the names ... remember burnscience? lifegenics? ah, the good ol' memories of searching for an identity. My favorite was lifegenics FYI! One thing you probably know about me by now is that I'm always looking to improve and continue to develop myself and the people around me. That has led me to really think about my current capacity and where I want to go next with my life, my next ventures and of course, where we want to go as a fitness community. Before I dive into any of that too much, I first had to think long and hard about my capacity for live classes as that is the centerfold of value for our community (at least that's my perspective). We currently stand at roughly 3 classes per week / 12 classes per month, with each workout being 100% unique to the one before. Speaking of ... I've NEVER done the same workout twice. With over 400 workouts ... thats an impressive feat and I commend all of you for joining me on that journey! With my desire to travel more, as well as unexpected events such as tech issues, injuries, illness, location, burnout and a SLEW of other factors... keeping up with this kind of schedule (as you can probably imagine) is becoming more and more difficult. Add to that our attendance on live classes averaging around 3 people (without really increasing over the last 6 months) and the operation (as a business) also becomes a bit cost prohibitive to say the least. My passion to coach and improve the lives of the people in this community is what has driven me to continue delivering the live classes. I believe that, at this point, a lot of that work is done and the classes that can make the real impact and have made the real impact...have been completed. With so many classes available on-demand and our current low live class attendance rate (with the world changing back to normal, work schedules and other factors)...I have to make some tough decisions on whether it makes sense to continue our live class schedule.

What’s the best way to introduce a friend to superhuman? I’m out of the loop with this torn rotator cuff.
Hiatus
Hi, everyone. The last 6 months I’ve had some injuries that have kept me from participating in Superhuman. And, this upcoming year I have PT and a couple of surgeries. I miss being with y’all and hope I’ll be able to rejoin at the end of the year when my doctor clears me. ❤️
