Hello everyone. I am new here and in need of some help! I am struggling really bad with perimenopause symptoms. They are slowly killing me. The problem is that I cannot distinguish between it being solely perimenopausal symptoms or symptoms from my car accident that occurred last year and I have damage to my neck, shoulder, and back. I have bulging discs and herniated discs in neck and back that is also reeking havoc on my entire body. My mobility is being affected as well as the hot flashes and night sweats. It is the absolute worse. Please help me!
