Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.

For me, the most valuable thing to my shock has been the AI rephrasing and throwing my answers to questions back at me to make me see a new perspective on things. Secondary to that is the ability to block-copy and save (to print out) my ADHD Snapshot and the 5-part Assessment so I can reread them later as reminders. The community is great but I'm dipping in and out when I have time so I'm not really building connections or direct contacts as I see responses to postings hours to days after the fact.
🫁 Breathwork starts in 30 mintutes
Yesterday we kicked off the Free ADHD Focus Reset and it was awesome! Today we’re doing something different: a guided breathwork session. This session is designed to calm your stream of thoughts, bring your nervous system into balance, and help you let go of some of the stress you’re carrying around. Many people, including myself, describe it as one of the most powerful ways to find clarity and peace and to feel better overall. Really want to join the breath work session but time and family commitments prevent my participation. Hope there will be future chances to try it out. Good and positive energy to all doing so today!

Jim said that he wish us to make our own coment here but i will share what AI make anyway because it is so much the same i felt myself after doing this lesson, but i just put some extra text at the end as a supplement. Here we go: "Just completed all 5 sections of the Awakening Assessment. Turns out the thing people have always come to me for - listening, finding the positive solution, helping those who don't fit the boxes - is the exact same thing I dream of building my life around. The pattern was there all along. I just never connected the dots." I just realize the "dots" about one year ago because i have some changes in my life - and so many people that contacted me at the same time. Most of them told me that they want to feel like me and "be me" because of my positive looks at life. They urged me to use that to start a business and make money for my skills, since i did it anyway just for free - for many years. When they got my advises they feeling more brave to life, feel more relaxed and positive about their situation and future life. So this day just confirmed what people around me was saying and make me belive more at myself and that i am at the right way.

Your comments gave me the boost to keep going despite other demands on my time. I want to get through all 5 days of the Harmony before I move into the newer program that began today.
I was wrong
Just worked through my internal code and realized the voice calling me "lazy" and "undeserving" was lying the whole time. I found proof in my own answers - I used to thrive when I had structure and routine. Turns out it was never about worthiness or willpower. Two sections left and I already see myself differently.

Structure is very key to so much with ADHD--and that's why I'm HATING my kids' summer vacation! My brain had finally gotten into the pattern where I get up, get them to school, and barring errands, I had my day structured around when the kids needed me. Now that they're home all summer, the distractions and lack of familiar structure has derailed much productivity the past few weeks. Trying to rebuild my patterns to get back to work!
Day 1 Done!
I still can't believe how real it was. I learned so much about myself by testing Snapchat and on the first day of this challenge, I felt that maybe there really was hope and that there would be real change. Can you please tell me about your experiences here?

@Noor Saad Congrats on joining us and congrats on any and all strides! I've been working through this material and chatting with the community about a week now and am gobsmacked at how much mental garbage ADHD Harmony is helping clear out of my way!
