Day 1 Done!
I still can't believe how real it was. I learned so much about myself by testing Snapchat and on the first day of this challenge, I felt that maybe there really was hope and that there would be real change. Can you please tell me about your experiences here?

@Steven Schend Me too. I joined this community few days ago and it's really worked for me everything that I learned here and practice make huge difference for me especially in understanding myself and being easy with myself and work with the right system. Thank you for sharing.
Out of curiosity…
Out of curiosity, What makes you lose track of time…in a good way? For me, working on computers. Whether internal or software?

@Teri Connolly Me tooooo.
Journey begins
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something. The struggles I had since I was 13, the ones I just "accepted as my personality," were never my personality at all. That feeling of being "trapped in a mind that is not mine" finally has a name, and it's not who I am.

Yes I totally agree.
ADHD Snapshot
Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. I always called it frustration, but what I'm actually carrying is grief over time I can't get back. And the cycle I keep blaming myself for? It's not a willpower problem, it's my nervous system trying to escape overwhelm. Seeing it named like this changes something.

That's right. I also was amazed by these facts and I learned so much about myself. I decided to forgive myself for everything and start a new life with the right system for me.
Day 2 Done!
Day two is completed, but it is really difficult for me to talk about my masks. Especially since I think that I have a level in all of them. I learned so much about myself. I take notes and I will start to change all of that. I made a lot of progress. I learned about the system that worked for me. It is already working for me. I learnt to set the right environment for everything that I want to do and make my baby steps list and work based on it. It really makes things easier for me. Thank you for all your comments and support, and thanks to everyone who shared their experiences with me. It was really very helpful and encouraging.
