Skin Health - Whats the best route?
I'm loving this community and learning a whole lot as a pep newbie. I've been on a health journey for a few years. I've reversed T2 diabetes without meds. I'm now working more diligently on weightloss (specifically visceral fat) through diet and resistance training. To help me further, Im currently on IGF LR3/Ipa/CJC blend, tesa, Mots C, bpc/tb500 blend and will be starting low dose reta soon. Im looking to support skin health as I lose weight. Autophagy is the absolute best for helping to reduce saggy skin. But what peps could I take that will help support skin health while not promoting accelerated hair growth? I know that's a weird request, but I'm almost at the end of laser hair removal and have noticed since taking peps over the last 8 weeks that my hair is growing faster and follicles are stimulated more.
