Reta during lean gains and dieting
So as I exited my diet phase and increased calories back slowly to maintenance I’ve noticed WITHOUT Reta, my weight the same or even fluctuates up slowly however WITH Reta, I’m actually losing LOL. Eating same amount of calories! So can we safely assume that 2 of the same people eating equal calories, the one taking Reta will be able to eat more while still losing or even maintain weight? This because it increases metabolism?

@Steven Gangaram I started at 1 for 5 weeks then went to 2 for another 5 weeks. Give the dose time to kick in before increasing.

Reta during bulk/maintenance FITNESS
Hey Guys, I know most people take Reta during dieting phases but any of my fitness peeps take a low dose of it during a phase where you are eating at maintenance/surplus as well? What would be the benefits to doing this if so?

@Bryan Soto makes sense! Yeah not necessarily a bulk but staying around maintenance has been proven all you need. Think a small doze like 1-2mg dose would suffice?

Reta Vials & Dosage
Hey guys, Got my 30mg of Reta in split between 3 separate 10mg vials. I assumed it would all come in a single vial so my question is: If I’m on 4mg/week obviously on my 3rd dose, I would not have enough. Would I have to extract and pin 2mg out of the first vial then extract and pin 2mg out of the new vial one after another and do 2 pins with same needle? Thoughts on best way? @Derek Pruski

@Derek Pruski you’re saying what I mentioned above is the best way? Draw 2mg from the first vial & draw 2mg on the second vial same needle and than pin right after? Or are you talking about microdosing?

BPC157
Looking to get some BPC157 for my dad and his knee. Looking on the site it looks like there is this as well as a tb500 blend. What the difference? Also can anyone help with a starting dose as well as if injections or tablets are better? Not too familiar with this peptide.

Reta Doseing Question
@Derek Pruski do you have any info on how long Reta stays in your system? Basically I was on 1mg for 5 weeks, then 2mg for another 5, and then I was about to increase to 4mg but ran out so I haven’t been on anything the last 2-3 weeks. New shipment just came in. Should I start at 4mg like I intended or back on 2mg?
