What Market are you In?
Howdy all, I would like to know what market you invest in. I am assuming you are doing rent by room since you are in this group, but if your not, mention that also. Maybe you are just interested in it. I like it for the cash flow, but also the stories of the peoples lives that change because if it.

Hey Jarrod, currently just have LTR single families in FL and TN. But I live in Orange County CA. Would love to house hack a deal here in Orange County with a rent by room or small multi. But I think your information helps for all types of rentals!

A few vacancies
The 24 Padsplit units are performing well, but a few move outs all at once. Bummer. The solo project "non Padsplit" is slow going but worth it in my opinion since they are 1 year leases. 3 of 8 signed and filled. 5 more to go.
