There are also some executives exploring fractional work and your profile should reflect where you are on that journey. ***Most of you are already doing this well. For the small number who aren't, this post is for you. If you haven't already, please take 5 minutes in your Fractional Executive Community profile to: ✅ Upload a real headshot (no logos, no avatars) ✅ Use your full name ✅ Write a profile description that speaks to your professional work: what you do, who you serve, and what makes you the go-to person in your space. Your profile description is not a tagline or a sales pitch. Tell us who you are: your background, your area of expertise, and the type of work you do. We're not here to be sold to; we're here to know, like, and trust each other. Think of your profile here the same way you'd think of your LinkedIn — this is where potential clients, collaborators, and referral partners are checking you out. Example: "Mindset Queen" doesn't help your fellow members collaborate, or just listing your name again. "Fractional CFO helping SaaS companies scale from $1M to $10M" gives us helpful information.
