🎉 New Partner Win in POKER + Possible Second Group Coming
Just partnered with a new creator in the poker space in Latin America ♠️ He’s an established coach with a solid audience, and I’m building a new Skool community (in Spanish!) called FIESTA — plus I designed the new logo and we’re shaping the VISION: FIESTA ♠️ Find Clarity, Flow, and Freedom Through Poker FIESTA is more than a poker community — it’s a movement for players who want to live with clarity, flow, and purpose, both on and off the felt. I’ll be creating a full vending machine with his content 🔥🔥 + auctions (still overthinking lots of it, haha). During our coffee date, I asked: “What else do you want to do — or love to do — that I could help bring to life?” He told me he has 15 years of expertise in cannabis and LOVES that space 🌿 So if this new poker group launch goes well… my next community might be around CANNABIS — with its own VISION coming soon 👀

Congratulations - I'd go all in on those two niches as I'm sure there's a lot of audience overlap!
First classroom sale in my Skool group!
I like to reward people who have put their trust in me as buyers. One guy licensed a product from me last year and I've been wanting to find a way to reward his loyalty. When I started my Skool group, I wanted to add in this product in the Classroom. So, I reached out to him and worked out a 50/50 split to put his licensed version of this offer into my Skool group. I presold the offer and did a poll where people in my community overwhelmingly said they'd be happy to pay $10 to get this offer. An hour or so ago I made it live in the Classroom and put out a new post. We got our first sale within about 15 minutes of that post. More to come I'm sure as members open up the post and click over to the classroom! It's funny how something as small as a $10 offer can feel so good!

BEFORE: 2 sales AFTER: 30 sales
In 2005... I joined a paid forum for affiliate marketers. (A forum was the "community" back in the day.) The owners did something really smart. They had a section of the forum where you could go in and pitch products. It was smart because it kept the pitches out of the rest of the forum. Despite the forum being full of buyers... Most people who posted their pitches made ZERO sales. There were some really talented copywriters in there. I tried my hand at it too. I'd post picture-perfect posts: *Here's what I got *Here's what it will do for you *Here's why you need this now Blah... Blah... I MIGHT make one or two sales. Then... Because I LOVE to experiment. I decided to throw out most of what I knew about copywriting. And do what came naturally... Like in a conversation. Instead of a big long azz sales pitch (which I'm not really against, but the timing needs to be right.) 👉I opened a CONVERSATION for IOIs 👉I looked for IOIs (Indicators of Interest as we've talked about here.) 👉I then CONTINUED the CONVERSATION 👉THEN I would make an INVITATION This was such a HUGE breakthrough... I still remember most of the numbers TWENTY YEARS LATER... The first product I did this with was a Google Ad Spy product, for which I got a $ 30-per-month commission. Here's roughly what happened: 💥I opened convos with roughly 50 people (from ONE post) 💥40 became "leads." 💥THIRTY PEOPLE BOUGHT! I remember the numbers because I remember I got $900 per month from that one convo opener campaign. The PRINCIPLES still work today! Because while Myspace, Tumblr, Squidoo and so many other things are in the rear view. Psychology doesn't change much. When I get an IOI and open a CONVERSATION... I can turn 50% or more of the IOIs into LEADS (Leads on Demand) And at least HALF of the leads turn into customers. (Sales on Demand) CURRENT EXAMPLE: Our first auction here in CFM: 9 out of 10 Flames are buying Leads On Demand and HALF of them are upgrading to Sales On Demand. (I think that'd be higher, but some folks have their sales process down and are pros already.)

A Magnetic Movement Multiplies Community Growth
We can all be drivers of change. We just welcomed a new Flame who has a sewing community. Sewing? How could that be a movement? How could it be magnetic? So the community members invite other members? So other influencers shout out the community? Here’s ONE WAY: Would you say the world need less peace? Or more peace? My opinion is a lil more peace would make a better world. So… “More peace” could be the small change we want to make. (Common goal) Now all we need is the “unusual way” our community does it. (Uncommon way of getting there.) (Remember: Our mojo definition of a community is a group of people with a common goal and an uncommon way of getting there.) Now… If it jives with the community owner (and it may not) why couldn’t sewing be the way they find Peace?) For the right people who like to sew or want to sew… AND… Want more calm, peace and fulfillment in their life… “Finding peace through sewing.” Would likely be MAGNETIC! A community they’d feel drawn to often. A community they’d feel compelled to share. A community which would grow on its own. Now… I find peace through journaling. If I were able to multi-task… This would be a community idea I could get behind. My point is… Peace is the common goal. There are 1001 ways to get there. There are 1,000,001 common goals like “Peace”… So… 1001 x 1,000,001 =1,001,001,001 (a billion possible combos of Magnetic Movements for your community) I’m confident you, my Flame, can find ONE! You don’t have to be the expert. You just need to be a champion for the small change you and your community peeps want to see. The community pitches in. @Jeff Claassen pitched in with a fantastic ebook we can use to share CFM. @Ryan Carruthers shared a new way to do an email auction. @Dennis Becker and 3 dozenish others have brought in others to our community. About 1/3rd of everyone here was invited by other members!

"A common goal achieved in an uncommon way." Love it! I'm thinking the full formula is Common Goal + uncommon method = clearly different and desirable.
Community Created 9/8 - now have 300 members
They're kind of responsive LOL Community is for women, 35-50, interested in business, focused on selfcare and wellness. General niche but will be refining it as I get more responses to the survey. I have a marketplace in the classroom of products they like to buy - of which I am an affiliate. And, I'm bringing in experts in different categories to provide educational content and sell their programs (of which I'm an affiliate). First expert is a team focused on Fitness. They have a content plan to show up live 1x/month, post 1x/week in their category. Second expert is a Nutrition Coach. Third expert is a Financial Advisor. I'm recording a 'how to' video for them this weekend so they can get inside and set up their area of the Classroom. In December I will have a 2 tier option for new members - free gives them access to the Community, paid gives them access to everything. The ads I'm creating will highlight the experts and the current members' positive responses to being in the community (already have members commenting how much they love it and are all in on the vision and the vibe).

I like the concept - here's a post that you may find useful: Are You Speaking the Wrong Language to Your Best Prospects? Why understanding female decision patterns could be your biggest competitive advantage. Most sales and marketing methods we use today are outdated. This shouldn't be surprising. The majority were developed in the 19th or early 20th century by professional men - for an audience in which other men had the most buying power. Back then, most women were focused on raising families rather than career development, and had little or no financial independence. That's why classic tactics like exploiting pain points, creating artificial scarcity ("buy now before the offer disappears!"), and using pressure techniques were designed for a male audience. Because it worked. For over a century. But times have changed. Recent studies show that today, women control or influence 90% of purchasing decisions. Industries targeting female customers have grown exponentially in recent decades. Most women in 2025 have equal or greater purchasing power than men. Despite this, many businesses still use outdated strategies that don't resonate with female audiences. Remember the last time you heard a woman say she needed to "ask her husband first" before buying something? Me neither. But men? They're constantly checking with their better halves - not because they need permission, but because women typically have a clearer picture of what the household actually NEEDS. Unlike men, women respond better to stories and emotional connections than to feature lists and technical details. This happens because, throughout evolution, women have been conditioned to prioritize safety when making decisions. This makes building trust a priority when we want to sell a product or service, while keeping in mind that traditional pressure tactics like exploiting pain points, might actually be a turn off. Women LOVE shopping, but they hate being sold to. What they really want is to be understood, helped, and empowered.
