Absolutely:) I need a program that does both in one piece of software but I am spending too much time on following up with existing customers. I have a CRM with formulas in excel but I don’t have automation for it. It’s about 160 clients I want to follow up every 3 months or so to all clients to invite them to get another detail and let them know about our specials through text or email.

How does it work if I have a couple employees. Does price change when you add employees. Also, how much is the software?
